Although every project is different, we still follow a standard job process. Below is a brief overview of our typical approach.

We Evaluate.

This stage is the same as our free estimate service, in which we make an appointment to visit your location, evaluate your needs, and offer consultation. In order to assist you best, we carefully assess the following aspects:

Your audio-visual goals and preferences
The physical architecture and acoustical features of your location
Your general audience
Your budget capacity

Whether you need sound reinforcement or replacement of an existing system, our solutions integrate professional knowledge and the latest in technology to create an effective final product.

We Design.

In this stage we design a concrete plan of action, which includes following specifications:

What type of audio or visual products you need to accomplish your audio-visual purposes
Where and how to install the products in a way that is clean, effective, and visually appealing
When to start and finish the project, according to your particular needs
How much the labor and products will cost

We like to emphasize that nothing comes pre-packaged. Since every location and situation is different, we tailor our approach to your circumstances.

We Install.

We order the necessary equipment and set to work. For most projects, the installation process occurs in four major steps.

Run all appropriate cables
Mount the designated equipment
Install any necessary items (e.g., converters, tape decks, or power distributors) on the rack
Wire together the installed components

This method may vary slightly according to the project. But whatever the situation, we have a reputation for paying diligent attention to detail, cleanliness, and high standards of quality. And we always communicate with you, the client, so that you are regularly aware of our progress.

We Test.

In this stage we activate the sound or visual system and test the installed components, making adjustments as necessary. Our philosophy is to never leave the job until every aspect meets your satisfaction.

We Train.

We not only design and install audio-visual technology; we teach you how to use it. After installation is complete, we provide an agreed-upon number of hours of initial training. We will introduce you to the new installation components and their features, as well as instruct you on how to control them efficiently. Some examples of the training we offer include:

Guidance on microphone placement for instruments and vocals
Principles of audio-visual recording and editing
Techniques for projector presentations
Techniques for monitor mixing and sound blending

We provide additional training and support on a per call basis.
